We’re excited to announce several new updates and improvements across the Gobeller platform. These enhancements are designed to give you more flexibility, reduce manual workload, and improve the overall user experience.

1. Bulk Loan Upload is Now Live

You can now upload existing or new loans in bulk via Excel directly on Gobeller.
? Go to Loan Management → All Loans → View (top right) to access the upload option.

2. Loan Repayment Default Method Control

You can now change the default repayment method for any loan. After the first repayment, the system will automatically continue the process using your preferred method.

3. Loan Profile Enhancements

Loan profiles now display the loan product name and outstanding balance, giving you a clearer view of each loan’s details at a glance.

4. Physical Card Auto Reversal

We’ve introduced automatic reversal for failed physical card transactions.
If a customer’s transaction fails but the bank triggers a reversal, the refund will now happen automatically — minimizing your manual work.

5. Corporate Account Updates

Corporate account setup is now easier — Owner ID is now optional, and more banks are supported for onboarding and linking.

6. Crypto Transfer Fixes (USDT & USDC)

The issue affecting crypto transfers has been resolved.
You can now send and receive USDT or USDC transactions seamlessly.

7. Hide/Show Balance on Receipts

A new privacy control allows you to hide or show your balance on receipts — both before and after transactions — ensuring customers don’t see your balance when printing or sharing screenshots.
