Gobeller Product Updates

We’re excited to share some new features and improvements now available on Gobeller. These updates are designed to give you more flexibility, control, and efficiency while using the platform.

1. Internal Wallet Number Preference

You now have the option to choose how internal account numbers are generated:

• Use the customer’s phone number as the account number, or

• Automatically generate system account numbers

Configure this in your Customer Settings.

2. Staff Management with Roles & Permissions

You can now create staff accounts and assign roles with specific permissions.
This helps you control access and manage team responsibilities with ease.

Set it up via Roles & Permissions.

3. Custom Fields on Customer & Loan Forms

Admins can now request to add custom fields on:

• Customer registration forms

• Loan forms

This allows you to capture additional data unique to your business, right inside your dashboard.

4. Cross-Border Payments in 12 Countries

Gobeller now supports collections and instant settlements across 12 African countries.
This makes it easier to accept payments from customers across borders.

5. Multi-Currency Wallets

You can now create and manage wallets in multiple currencies:

• USD

• EUR

• GBP

• KES
